Matt Zagrodzky has more than two decades of experience as a trial attorney and successful business owner. He has represented clients in all forums, including state and federal courts, Special Commissioners Hearings, as well as binding arbitration before the AAA (American Arbitration Association). He graduated Magna Cum Laude from South Texas College of Law in 1997, where he was on the Law Review. He was also awarded membership on the Order of Barristers and Order of Lytae legal honor societies.  After graduation, Mr. Zagrodzky clerked for the Honorable Judge Murry Cohen of the First Court of Appeals. He later gained significant trial expertise and experience working with two large litigation firms in Houston, Texas.

Mr. Zagrodzky joined Warren & Baker in 2012 where he continues to provide trial and appellate expertise to the firm’s eminent domain practice. Mr. Zagrodzky is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas, the State of California, the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and all U.S. District Courts of Texas.

Mr. Zagrodzky has been married 25 years and has two children.  In his spare time he enjoys mountain biking, hiking, fishing, reading and going to the beach.

Community Involvement

Mr. Zagrodzky served as Cub Scout Cubmaster for Pack 266 in West University, Texas. He also served as a Board Member of the Coronado Arts Education Foundation (formerly CoSA Foundation).
