Brett Warren is a native Houstonian who has dedicated his legal career to championing the rights and compensation of his clients against the government in condemnation and eminent domain cases. Mr. Warren has represented just about every type of property against the government takings in road and freeway widening, power line and pipeline cases.

During his career, Mr. Warren has worked on hundreds of condemnation cases for landowners, from the local owner operator to Fortune 500 companies. He brings a unique appreciation and understanding of commercial real estate to his condemnation practice. He has developed as a general contractor and invested in various commercial properties, including restaurant, grocery, office, industrial, and retail projects.

Mr. Warren graduated from South Texas College of Law, where he was an editor of the International Law Journal and was licensed to practice law in the State of Texas in 1998. During law school, he served as a legal intern on the First Court of Appeals. Since then, Mr. Warren has almost exclusively represented landowners in condemnation and eminent domain cases.
