Warren & Baker prevailed in a jury trial in Montgomery County, Texas representing the owners of a 69-acre vacant tract of land in the State’s whole taking for the SH-99 Grand Parkway Project. The jury awarded the full amount of just compensation sought by the landowner resulting in a net recovery of $1,208,666 on an original offer of $623,000.
